Privacy Policy

How HOLLOWTHREAD handles personal information for shopping, accounts, orders, custom printing and independent seller storefronts.

Effective 8 November 2026 · For customers and white-label POD sellers

Our commitment. We aim for clear information about our clothing, made-to-order printing, seller subscriptions and the handling of customer and seller information.

Who we are

HOLLOWTHREAD is an India-based clothing and streetwear brand offering T-shirts, custom-printed apparel, and related merchandise. Through our website, we also offer a separate white-label print-on-demand (POD) and hosted-storefront service for independent sellers. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of HOLLOWTHREAD and the FOXMAKE seller platform. This notice covers the main HOLLOWTHREAD site, its customer accounts and the seller services we operate.

Information we collect

  • Account details: name, phone number, email address, login identifiers and account preferences. Authentication may use Google/Firebase or an OTP service.
  • Order and fulfilment details: delivery name, address, PIN code, order contents, size selections, artwork or designs submitted for printing, shipping details and customer-support messages.
  • Seller information: brand and store details, contact information, subscription status, payment references, product catalogues, order/withdrawal records and related business information needed to administer the POD service.
  • Technical information: device/browser details, IP address, cookies or similar identifiers, security logs and basic usage information generated when accessing our services.
  • Payment information: our payment processors handle sensitive payment credentials. We may receive payment IDs, transaction amounts, status and other necessary records; we do not ask you to send your card PIN, CVV or banking passwords to us.

Why we use information

We use relevant personal information to create and secure accounts; authenticate users; accept and fulfil orders; manufacture customized products; process and reconcile payments, subscriptions, refunds and seller payouts where supported; arrange shipping; respond to enquiries and disputes; prevent fraud; comply with applicable law; and improve website reliability and service. We send promotional messages where permitted and respect applicable opt-out choices.

Sharing with service providers and sellers

We share only information reasonably needed with vendors that help run our services, such as Firebase/Google for authentication, Razorpay for payment processing, hosting/cloud providers, communications vendors and shipping/courier partners. A seller operating a white-label storefront may receive the customer order and delivery details needed for customer support and order administration. We do not sell personal information to advertisers. Third-party providers have their own applicable privacy policies and responsibilities.

Custom artwork and seller responsibilities

Uploaded artwork, mockups and print reference files may be accessed by personnel and production partners only as necessary to prepare and fulfil orders, assist with support, quality checks and resolve disputes. Sellers must collect and use their customers’ information lawfully, provide appropriate disclosures, and use it only for authorized store/order purposes. Individual seller storefronts may require additional seller-specific privacy notices.

Cookies and authentication

We use browser storage, essential cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, carts, preferences and service security. Google sign-in may be governed by Google's and Firebase's terms. You may manage browser cookies, but blocking some storage can prevent essential website features from functioning.

Security and retention

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, access controls and authentication checks appropriate to our services; no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, active accounts, fulfilment, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, taxes, disputes, and legitimate business records. Retention periods differ by data category and applicable legal requirements.

Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction or deletion of relevant personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, seek grievance redressal, or ask questions about how your data is processed. Some records may need to be retained for completed transactions or legal obligations. Contact us using the details below and include enough information to identify the relevant account or order; do not send passwords or payment secrets.

Children and international services

Our services are not intended to collect personal data from children without legally required consent. Some cloud, authentication and payment providers may process information from other locations, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
