Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to thehollowthread.com and its HOLLOWTHREAD clothing, custom-print and white-label POD seller services. By creating an account, placing an order or subscribing to a seller plan, you agree to these terms and any clearly disclosed terms shown at checkout. Additional lawful consumer rights remain unaffected.

You must provide accurate contact and transaction information, keep login credentials and OTPs secure, and be authorized to accept these terms. Sellers must be legally capable of conducting their business and responsible for any registrations, taxes, product claims or consumer disclosures applicable to them. We may suspend access in cases of fraud, security risks or material misuse, subject to applicable law.

Product photos, colours, measurements, fabric descriptions and availability are presented in good faith, but screen displays and normal manufacturing tolerances may produce minor differences. Product specifications, sizes, prices, delivery charges and applicable taxes shown at checkout control the order. Customized items are produced to order; please verify sizes, spelling, artwork and shipping details before submitting. Production begins after the required payment/order confirmation and internal checks.

You confirm that you own or have the necessary permissions to use any designs, logos, photographs or text you upload for printing or resale. Do not upload counterfeit, infringing, unlawful, hateful, deceptive or otherwise prohibited content. We may refuse or cancel an order where artwork appears to violate others’ rights or applicable law and will handle resulting payments and refunds in accordance with law and the circumstances of the order. You retain your rights in your original submitted artwork; you grant us a limited permission to reproduce and use it to produce, fulfil and support the requested order.

We may offer payment options such as online payment or cash on delivery where eligible. Payment is processed through the displayed payment provider. Charges, convenience or COD fees, shipping and taxes—if applicable—will be disclosed before placing the order. An order acknowledgment is not necessarily acceptance if payment, inventory, address eligibility or artwork checks fail. Do not make duplicate payments after uncertain payment results; contact support and quote your order or payment reference.

Dispatch and delivery estimates shown on the site or communicated by support are estimates, not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping depends on product preparation, courier serviceability, weather, logistics and customer availability. You must supply a complete and accurate address and cooperate with reasonable delivery attempts. Where legally required, we provide appropriate remedies for non-delivery or other service failures.

Contact support promptly if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation eligibility depends on whether production, printing or dispatch has begun and on applicable law. Customized or made-to-order items may be ineligible for a discretionary change-of-mind return once production begins; this does not limit legal remedies for defects, wrong items, damage, misdescription or other statutory rights. Report a problem with your order ID and supporting photos where possible. Eligible refunds are processed through the original payment method or another lawful agreed method, with timing subject to provider and bank processing. Any specific return window or additional conditions shown at checkout will also apply, to the extent lawful.

Eligible sellers can use our hosted website builder and POD fulfilment service to publish their own brand, manage approved product listings and submit orders for manufacture and shipping. The seller is responsible for its own brand content, product marketing claims, customer-facing disclosures, consumer communication and applicable business compliance. HOLLOWTHREAD/FOXMAKE may act as the fulfilment partner and/or payment facilitator only where an applicable feature is expressly enabled and approved. The service is not a promise of sales, Google rankings, deliveries, profit or uninterrupted hosting.

Current seller offerings may include a ₹499/month Starter plan with a platform-provided subdomain and a ₹999/month Brand Pro plan with additional controls and custom-domain connectivity. A custom domain's registration or renewal is separate unless expressly included. The exact plan benefits, limitations, tax treatment and payment frequency will be displayed at selection or checkout. Supported Razorpay subscription checkouts may authorize monthly recurring billing for 12 billing cycles, as disclosed before payment; you should review the provider's recurring-payment mandate before authorizing. Payment alone does not guarantee instant publication: preview approval, active products, domain/hosting readiness and provider-verified payment may also be required. Starter hosting may offer browsing only until customer checkout is enabled.

A seller may request cancellation or account assistance through the available billing/support flow. Cancellation of recurring payments is subject to the payment provider's supported process and the applicable terms disclosed at subscription checkout. Cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewals once processed but does not automatically refund amounts already earned for an active period. Refund requests will be assessed under applicable law, representations at checkout and the circumstances. We will not fabricate billing activations or require manual database changes as proof of payment.

Where payment collection, COD settlement and seller withdrawals are available, available balances are based on verified payment, delivery, dispute and settlement records—not merely an order being placed. Applicable production, shipping, gateway, refund, return, chargeback and other disclosed fees may be deducted before the amount available for payout. Payouts may be delayed or withheld for fraud, returns, unresolved disputes, regulatory compliance or failed verification, with relevant notice where appropriate. Sellers must not misrepresent prices or payment status.

HOLLOWTHREAD's site design, branding and other original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted for business use under a subscription, you must not copy, reverse engineer, scrape excessively, interfere with the platform, impersonate another person, bypass payment or security controls, or use the service for illegal activities. Independent sellers retain their own authorized trademarks and product designs.

We strive to keep the service reliable but may carry out maintenance, updates or security restrictions. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory Indian consumer protections. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law; any dispute resolution or court jurisdiction remains subject to mandatory statutory rights and applicable rules. We may update these terms prospectively; material changes will be communicated as required by law.
